• Clerical assistants $65 per hour(as requested by client) normally for format changes
• Estimator / Project Manager / Schedulers $195 per hour
• Inspection Services by Quote
• Services Start @ $1,800 Min for Thermal Inspections / Code or Insurance Inspections - Basic Inspections Range from $.07 Sf & up, depending on type of inspection. Roof inspection can be conventional or Thermal Flat Roof Inspections are available.
• Estimating Managers / Senior Project Managers Start @ $235 per hour.
• Permit Issues & Resolution Start $ 350 per hour, this is inclusive of time spent in travel, initial conversation, speaking with Contractors, Engineers, Building Officials, family members, anyone related to or involved with the project.
• Anything required to be Printed, Drafted, Registered, or Waited on will be charged for. Including runner's fees, Traffic time, waiting in lines etc.
• This is your property not ours. The Owners will Benefit from the resolution of the issue.
• There is a 15% markup on costs and a 63 cent per mile Gas Charge.
• Principles Officers $275 per hour
• Qualifiers are a Separate FEE of 10% Stand Alone or % 8 + The Combination of Service Charge
