Our professional services are billed a number of ways

• By the hour
• The job, not-to-exceed lump sum basis.

A one-time 50% deposit of the estimated or stipulated fee is required for all new clients.

Invoices are due and payable when you are notified work is completed.

• Clerical assistants $65 per hour (as requested by client) normally for format changes.
• Estimator / Project Manager / Schedulers $165 per hour
• Inspection Services by Quote
• Services Start @ $1,800 Min for Thermal Inspection / Code or Insurance Inspections - Roof inspection can be conventional or thermal upon request.
